Gift Certificates

So you got a Gift Certificate to redeem, Great!

• Simply go to our Massages page, and select the treatment and length you were offered.
• Then select the FIXED Appointment, and schedule your massage according to your convenience.
• Use your CODE as a payment method.

We offer 3 possibilities to make sure you will find the perfect option!

1) Buy Online ( Delivery possible)

• Select one of the Gift Certificate options below, by clicking on the photo.
• After the payment is complete, you will receive on your email an invoice with a Code, and a Photo with your certificate. You may Download/Print and fill it.
• After selecting the Certificate you wish to buy, there will be an option for mail delivery (10€). If you wish the certificate to be delivered to a specific address, select that option as well, and leave us a note with the Code, name (of recipient) and address you wish it to be delivered.

2) Pick up the Gift Certificate at our practice

You may pay with pin or cash on the spot.

In this case please contact us to make appointment, as we work with appointments only.

3) Pay by bank transfer

• Select the treatment/amount you wish to offer, and transfer it to our bank account:

• Send us an email with the bank transaction, specify the treatment you are offering, as well as the name of the person to whom you are offering the certificate)
• We will send you a gift certificate by email

The use of our Certificates constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions.

• Our Certificates can not be accumulated with any other offer, discount or package.
• Not redeemable for cash.
• Non Refundable.
• Must be used in one visit.
• One Certificate per treatment, only.
• Can only be redeemed for services.
• It can be transferred to another person.
• Can be upgraded.
• No shows or cancelations with less than 24h, will consider the certificate redeemed and no longer valid.
• Massage Sense can not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged certificates.
• Gift certificates must be used within it’s validity, unless there is an impossibility from our side to book you an appointment prior to it’s expiration date.
