All our gift certificates bought from 2022, have 24 months validity that counts from the moment of purchase.
When buying a Loyalty Package as a Gift Card, it’s specific expiration date starts counting from the first booking day. A 24 month validity is given only before the package starts to be used. Afterwards, It’s own validity applies.

→ You may use it as “credit” towards any appointment you like (and pay the remaining amount – if applicable)
→ Simply go to our Massages page, and select the treatment and length you were offered / another of your choice
→ You may select the Fixed or Flexible Appointment, and schedule your massage according to your convenience
→ Insert your CODE as a payment method.
We offer 3 possibilities to make sure you will find the perfect option!
1) Buy Online
→ Select one of the Gift Certificate options
→ After the payment is complete, you will receive on your email an invoice with a Code, and a Photo with your certificate. You may Download/Print and fill it.
2) Pick up the Gift Certificate at our practice -YES, we made it easier for you!!
You no longer need to make an appointment with us, in order to collect a paper Gift Card.
We have installed an outside mailbox filled with our Gift Cards just for you!
This Special Mail box will be filled with our bags. Each bag contains 1 Gift Card + 1 Certificate.

3) Pay by bank transfer

GIFT CERTIFICATES:
The use of our certificates constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions.
- Not redeemable for cash.
- Non-refundable.
- Can be used in multiple visits.
- Can only be redeemed for services.
- It can be transferred to another person.
- The policy applied depends on the type of booking chosen.
- Massage Sense cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged certificates.
- Gift certificates must be used within its validity
Usage of Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates can be used to purchase any loyalty package or book any appointment, regardless of the price or whether it is a Fixed or Flexible booking.
If the balance on your gift certificate exceeds the appointment price, the remaining balance will remain available for future use. If the balance of the certificate is not enough to pay for the selected appointment, you will only need to pay the remaining amount of the price.
Please note that gift certificates must be used within their validity period, and it is the client’s responsibility to book the appointment in advance to ensure slot availability. In the event that we need to cancel an appointment booked with an almost-expired gift certificate on our behalf, we will ensure that the certificate remains valid for the rescheduled session.
