All our gift certificates bought from 2022, have 24 months validity that counts from the moment of purchase.
When buying a Loyalty Package as a Gift Card, it’s specific expiration date starts counting from the first booking day. A 24 month validity is given only before the package starts to be used. Afterwards, It’s own validity applies.

→ You may use it as “credit” towards any appointment you like (and pay the remaining amount – if applicable)
→ Simply go to our Massages page, and select the treatment and length you were offered / another of your choice
→ You may select the Fixed or Flexible Appointment, and schedule your massage according to your convenience
→ Insert your CODE as a payment method.

→ Select one of the Gift Certificate options
→ After the payment is complete, you will receive on your email an invoice with a Code, and a Photo with your certificate. You may Download/Print and fill it.
2) Pick up the Gift Certificate at our practice -YES, we made it easier for you!!
You no longer need to make an appointment with us, in order to collect a paper Gift Card.
We have installed an outside mailbox filled with our Gift Cards just for you!
This Special Mail box will be filled with our bags. Each bag contains 1 Gift Card + 1 Certificate.

The payment can be made with iDeal or Credit Card, by scanning the QR code on the mail box, or via this link
3) Pay by bank transfer

The use of our Certificates constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions.
- Our Certificates can not be accumulated with any other offer, discount or package.
- Not redeemable for cash.
- Non Refundable.
- Must be used in one visit.
- One Certificate per treatment, only.
- Can only be redeemed for services.
- It can be transferred to another person.
- Can be upgraded.
- No shows or cancelations with less than 24h, will consider the certificate redeemed and no longer valid.
- Massage Sense can not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged certificates.
- Gift certificates must be used within it’s validity, unless there is an impossibility from our side to book you an appointment prior to it’s expiration date.
