Additional Notes:

• When purchasing a Loyalty Package online, you will need to log in or create an account. If you purchase at our practice, your therapist will manually add it to your account.

• Choose the Flexible booking option to access credits. Credits are not available for Fixed appointments or Special Combo Deals.

• Your package will be connected to your account, allowing you to deduct sessions when booking and keep track of your remaining credits.

• Please note that as the final price is already discounted, we kindly request that you only pay with PIN or cash at our practice.

How to deduct and use credits from your Loyalty Package:

1. Log in or Create an Account: Ensure you are logged in to your account on our booking system. If you don’t have an account yet, create one.

2. Select Flexible Booking: Choose the Flexible booking option to access your credits. This option allows you to utilize your Loyalty Package credits.

3. Choose Date and Time: Select the desired date and time for your appointment.

4. Apply Loyalty Package Credits: At the end of the booking process, you will be prompted to choose between using your Loyalty Package credits or booking a single appointment. Opt to use the Loyalty Package credits.

5. Deduct Credits: Credits are deducted based on the length of your appointment. For example, if you book a 60-minute session, 60 credits will be deducted. For couples massages, credits are deducted by minute for each person, so a 60-minute Couples Massage will deduct 120 credits.

6. Track Remaining Credits: After booking, your deducted credits will be automatically updated in your account. You can track your remaining credits at any time.

7. Receive Reminder: One month before the expiration date of your Loyalty Package, you will receive a reminder to ensure you maximize your benefits before they expire.

Purchasing a loyalty package indicates understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions:

• Validity Period: Packages must be used within their specified validity period.
• Non-Refundable: Loyalty packages are non-refundable.
• Upgradable: Packages can be upgraded to accommodate your evolving needs.
• Extension Policy: Validity will not be extended, except in cases where we cancel an appointment on your behalf.
• Booking Responsibility: It’s your responsibility to book sessions in advance to ensure availability.
• Sharing Option: Packages can be shared with friends or family members.
• Gift Card Limitation: Gift cards will not be issued from a loyalty package for gifting sessions.
• Payment Method: Loyalty packages cannot be purchased with Visa or Credit Card at our practice. However, they can be used when purchasing online.
• Appointment Booking: Flexible appointment booking is required, and associated policies apply.
