General Terms and Conditions:
- The Referrer must be an existing client as of 1/1/2020;
- The Referee must be a NEW client at Massage Sense;
- The therapist handing the Referral Cards will write down the date. Your Referee must have his/her appointment within 3 months.
- There is no limit on how many Referral Cards a Referrer can give, but the discounts can NOT be accumulated, and must be used on single Flexible appointments. In other words, if you have two Referral Discount Certificates totalling 40% off (20% off for each referral card), only one 20% off certificate can be used per transaction. Referral Certificates may not be combined.
- Referral Discounts cannot be used for the purchase of products or gift certificates.
- Referral discounts cannot be used in combination with other discounted offers, such as loyalty packages, Lazy Mondays or other;
- The Referrer receives a 20% Discount Certificate for every successful Referee. (A successful referee means that they’ve actually presented the Referral Card received and paid a session.)
- For every 5 successful referee’s, the Referrer will receive a Free Massage.
- Free massage’s length, will be according to the Referee’s average length sessions.
- You may choose to wait until 5 Referees complete their sessions, and only enjoy your Free massage, or you may also use each (4) 20% Certificates, on 4 different single Flexible appointments + your Free Massage.
- Your Discount certificates as well as your Free Massage are valid for 3 months, after the issued date.
- The Referrer’s discounted sessions are limited to be booked on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays only.
- The Referees discounted session can be booked anytime.
- Discount Certificates will be given only for the first appointment of your Referee.
- Referral Discounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or given to anyone else, and may not be redeemed for cash.

We highly appreciate your referral, and that is why we decided to create this program now. We’re sorry but the referral program is only valid for referrals made starting in July 14th, 2020.No manual tracking or retroactive discount is possible.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms.
Massage Sense reserves the right to modify and/or terminate the program and/or modify all or any portion of these terms or any policy pertaining to the program at any time and in our sole discretion, including, without limitation, the right to discontinue or change any program benefits or expiration dates for referral Discounts, or to adjust how referral discounts are earned, calculated or redeemed.
If we discontinue the program or merge the program into another rewards program, if we make changes, we will post the amended terms to our website.
We may also deny participation in the Referral Program to you at any time if we have any reason to believe that you are not in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Program.
Fraudulent Activity.
Please respect the Referral Program by only referring real individuals who meet our requirements. Massage Sense reserves the right to void any Referral Discounts and take any action we deem reasonably necessary if we suspect that you have engaged in any fraud. For instance, having multiple accounts with alternate email addresses or identities, or refer the same person via multiple accounts.
