• Providing exceptional massage therapy and physiotherapy services, tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Requirements:

To thrive with us, you should meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a massage therapist or physiotherapist.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (knowledge of Dutch is not mandatory).
• A proactive approach and self-confidence in your abilities.
• Exceptional skills in sports massage, Swedish massage, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues on couples massages.
• Knowledge of other massage techniques, such as hot stone massage, manual lymph drainage, foot massage, pregnancy massage, and aromatherapy massage, is preferred but not essential . Familiarity with cupping is a plus. We welcome and appreciate other massage skills.
• Preferred weekend availability, which can be on a weekly rotation or fixed days, in combination with weekdays or working on weekends only.

Expected Hours:

• Not less than 16 hours per week

Our opening hours:

• Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Schedule For Contracted Therapists:

Schedule is to be arranged based on both therapist availability and practice needs within our full opening hours. Contracted therapists typically work 8-hour shifts.

Schedule For Freelance / Self-employed (ZZP) Therapists:

Freelancers have the flexibility to set their own schedules based on their availability and client demand.

Contract Duration:

We offer contracts ranging from 6 months to 1 year, with the intention to renew based on the therapist’s performance and alignment with our team. We focus on building long-term relationships.

Monthly Earnings (Based on Weekly Hours):

Note: Basic tariff for earnings is €13.27 gross per hour, with the potential for performance-based bonuses, increasing hourly pay to up to €20.

• Work 16 hours/week (2 days a week) – Earnings: From €850 to €1,200 per month.
• Work 24 hours/week (3 days a week) – Earnings: From €1,270 to €2,000 per month.
• Work 32 hours/week (4 days a week): – Earnings: From €1,700 to €2,600 per month.
• Work 40 hours/week (5 days a week) – Earnings: From €2,130 to €3,200 per month.

*** Please note that the above earning details are not applicable for freelancers (ZZP workers). Freelancers maintain the freedom to set their availability on working days and provide their services based on client bookings. It’s important to note that the basic fee for a 1-hour appointment is €36, and appointments of different lengths have specific fees. These fees are set by the practice and reflect the higher responsibility and trust freelancers place in us. This fee structure accounts for the unique balance of commitment and autonomy that freelancers enjoy, where they have control over their availability within the agreed-upon schedule.

** Note: These extra benefits are exclusive to therapists with hourly contracts and do not apply to freelancers (ZZP workers).
