The first massage I ever learnt was from my mother to do baby massages.
In the Hindu culture the balance between body, mind and soul is very important and massage therapy is also a part of that. This inner balance is also something I learnt during the time I did classical Indian dance (Kuchipudi) which was more then 20 years ago. Later in life I got more interested in other massage therapies and got my license as a sports massage therapist to work as a professional therapist.
Currently I’m studying for nutritionist, because food is also an important part of a healthy lifestyle!
